Data we process
We process company and contact details, addresses, Finnish business ID, quotation and order requests, cart contents, and technical logs needed for service operation and security.
Purpose and legal basis
Data is used to handle quotation and order requests, manage customer relationships, meet legal obligations, prevent misuse and improve the service. Optional personalization is based on consent, which can be withdrawn.
Retention and recipients
Data is kept only as long as required by its purpose, the customer relationship, accounting rules and other legal duties. Service providers process data for ESYS in protected systems. Data is not sold.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, restriction of processing or deletion where applicable. You may also lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman.
Cookies and device storage
The service uses essential cookies for sign-in, baskets, language and security. Review-required basket lines are stored as essential data only on this device until you submit or remove them. With your permission, this browser also stores recently viewed products for 90 days. You can withdraw personalization permission and clear that viewing history through Personalization settings in the footer. Optional analytics is not enabled.
