Delivery terms
Sparesys is a component order and quotation request service for business customers operating in Finland.

Order request
A request submitted through the service is not a binding order confirmation. ESYS checks price, quantity, availability, delivery and customer information before acceptance. A contract is formed when ESYS confirms the request.
Prices and taxes
Product prices are shown in euros excluding VAT. Applicable VAT and the gross total are shown separately. Delivery charges are confirmed before the order is accepted.
Availability
Stock and price come from the latest confirmed inventory update. Both are checked again at submission. Incoming stock is informational and is not included in the orderable quantity.
Payment and delivery
Payment is by business invoice approved by ESYS or by prepayment. Delivery can be agreed as transport or pickup. Title to products remains with ESYS until the full purchase price has been paid.
Cancellation and discrepancies
Business orders do not have the statutory withdrawal right that applies to consumers. Product defects or transport damage must be reported to ESYS without undue delay. Product-specific warranty and return terms are confirmed with the order.
Applicable law
Orders are governed by Finnish law. Disputes should first be addressed through negotiation with ESYS sales.
